4-Bay Commercial Shop with Office

Here’s a sleek looking auto shop with four bays and an office. The design incorporates Lester Buildings Eclipse Roof System in Quaker Gray. The wainscot adds a complementary touch to the Sandstone basic color. And the charming porch swing gives just the right country appeal. The shop building has a lean-to and a wraparound porch. So, this commercial shop and office combine two pole buildings. The main shop building features a 4/12 roof pitch which accommodates an interior mezzanine. It looks ready to work on any piece of farm equipment in the area.

The project includes Hayfield windows, AJAY walked door, a porch, and the Lester interior liner. Comfortable year-round, the owners love the energy-efficient radiant heat. Project #219391 measures 60′ x 80′ x 16′ and the separate office comes in at 40′ x 30′ x 10′.
