Build a New Horse Barn Outside of Denver
New to Colorado? A new horse barn will raise the curb appeal and value of any Colorado property. And we love our horses. We’re willing to build comfortable stables for them. Since we spend considerable time and energy caring for our horses, we also prefer nice comfortable horse barns for ourselves.
The Colorado Equestrian
There’s something calming about driving past the beautiful pastures and iconic barns that line the country roads near the Rocky Mountains. The mountains frame the picturesque settings. Not all properties have existing barns and if yours needs one then call us at Sapphire Construction, Inc. We’ll show you how to remedy the situation.
A Country Estate with New Horse Barn
Why not give our horses stables with a country estate like feel? We can add Dutch doors, matching fencing, and gorgeous wood stalls. Build it clean and neat and call it dapper to fit in with the country-estate appeal.
By enlarging the floor plans for our special equine stables, we will be able to add more horses and other activities. The earnest equestrian might add some extra stalls and a washroom. Tack rooms built big enough for meetings and parties multiply the usefulness of horse stables. As for storing hay, how about pitching the roof a little taller and adding a loft or a mezzanine dash or both.
Western Lifestyle
Many of us attend equestrian competitions, rodeos, and the meetings and social life that come with horses. We ride the trails and take our horses camping. An outdoor vacation isn’t complete without bringing our horses along. We’ve got the County Fairgrounds right near I-25 and a variety of organizations like 4-H.
Alive and well in Douglas and Elbert counties, the Colorado lifestyle almost assumes an equestrian element. In some parts, hitching posts invite us country bumpkins into town. It’s just part of the Western mystique. Cowboy boots and hats blend right in.
