Of course, you may one day start selling boats and other recreational vehicles! There is always a way to grow your business in the future.

Storage Restrictions

You might want to include some restrictions such as limiting customers to boats, snowmobiles, or similar registered trailers and operable vehicles. Make sure you buy the property and liability insurance necessary for your facility. Require your renters to carry insurance also. Your boat storage facility could be a rewarding headquarters for fellow boaters, too.
