1. Project #601504 Commercial Shop/Office

Here’s a low-rise option. It measures 42′ x 50′ x 9′. It’s shown in Clay with a black Uni-Rib roof and snow white trim. Note the 4/12 pitch.

2. Project #603652 Commercial Shop/Office

this one’s about double the size, measuring 64′ x 108′ x 12′. The black Uni-Rib wainscot and capstone wainscot adds an earthy touch. It’s a commercial office space with a concrete floor. Note the mansard roof on the side. The primary color is Metallic Champagne, and the secondary colors combine the brick, the block, and the stone.

3. Project #601209 Commercial Shop/Office

This is a dental lab featuring an office and shop. It measures 80′ x 120′ x 11 5 feet. The building has a welcoming wraparound porch and Hayfield windows. Note the Eclipse Roof with a 7.5/12 roof pitch. Colors are Clay and Black.
