Franktown Hobby Building

Here’s one of our latest projects.  This Franktown building features a standard design with a few extras.  The concise 60 feet by 40 feet by 14 feet floor plan is versatile.  Note the vented overhands.  This special feature maximizes good air circulation all year round.  The air flow ensures low humidity inside.

Choose your colors.  This barn is clay-colored metal with red trim and wainscoting.  Choose your own details.  This owner added a cupola and weather vane and front porch entrance.  Select suitable doors.  This new building has a front side walk in door, a tall sliding door that will accommodate equipment or an RV in the front, and a double industrial door in the rear. Decide on natural lighting.  This design features several small windows to maximize energy efficiency and security.
