Sapphire Construction built an indoor arena and enclosed breezeway and hay barn attaching the arena to our existing barn. The project included extensive excavation and some pretty fancy design work to seamlessly connect the new and existing structures. Here’s the typical process our clients and customers can expect. You get us started and we can take over anytime you feel comfortable. You’ll be explaining the concept of your building. We’ll help find and prepare the building site. We’ll design the building and order the materials that will be delivered to the building site. Our crews meet the delivery truck and begin erecting the building. (Together we’ll manage the necessary permits.) This is the fun part, watching the building appear in front of our eyes. It goes through inspections and tweaking and then you get the keys and move in.

Follow Up

During a follow up time, we’re around to answer questions, help with instructions and suggestions. You can be confident in having hired a local, long-time builder with excellent resources. All Lester Buildings come with a Lifetime Warranty and other material warranties.
