New 4 Stall Colorado Horse Barn in Douglas County

This handsome project is a 4 stall Colorado horse barn in Douglas County. Blending into the rural Franktown area, this pole barn is an attractive addition to any Colorado horse property.  The exterior is stucco and stone with a metal roof.

Custom-built, the interior is fully finished with timber beam trusses.  The horse stalls boast nice Dutch doors.  Amenities include a tack room with a wash sink, a wash stall with hot and cold water lines in FRP, and a trench floor drain through down the middle of the building.  A large loft can be accessed with drop-down stairs.

For anyone interested in putting up a similar 4 stall horse barn, here are some more details.  The Post Frame construction is 36 feet by 48 feet by 12 feet.  There are four roof dormers that feature 4-foot by 4-foot vinyl windows.  The roof is 8/12 pitch.  The tack room and the wash stall are each 12 feet by 12 feet.  Up above is a 12 foot by 48 foot loft.
