Reve Up Your Colorado Trail Rides – Equestrian Building
Perhaps you’re heading out West to Colorado. Did you imagine a childhood experience watching cowboy movies? Ben Cartwright and Little Joe out on the ranch? Pick up a horse or two and a few acres here in Douglas County and your family will be riding off into the foothills. If it helps ease your family into the Western lifestyle, here’s a list of nearby trails right close to home.
How about planning an equestrian building to accommodate the horses? Start from vacant land or buy any horse property with an existing home. Sapphire Construction will match the architecture or complement the property with an outstanding pole barn. We know just the two- or four-stall barns loved by many. And we could make room for other hobbies under one roof.

It begins in the Palmer Lake Recreation Area at the base of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and heads southeast. The multiuse trail follows a portion of the former Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad line.
Boasting astounding views of Pikes Peak, the popular trail passes many interesting rocks features and native wildlife. It goes through Monument and on to the Air Force Academy. The New Santa Fe Regional Trail connects to the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail in Colorado Springs.
High Line Canal Trail
This trail follows the canal operated by the Denver Water municipality. The trail goes from Roxborough State Park North to Aurora. It passes through many parks and neighborhoods. Rules regarding horseback riding vary between communities. The trail is maintained by many recreation departments including Douglas County Parks, Highlands Ranch Parks, South Suburban Parks, Greenwood Village Parks, Cherry Hills Village Parks, Denver Parks, and Aurora Parks.
