Revving Up Car Shows Around Denver

We keep an eye out for a full calendar of Denver car shows. Held in beautiful spring and summer weather, these car exhibits and shows offer exciting activities for everyone. Many programs and organizations receive proceeds from the car shows where we also find great music, food, and people.

We’ve seen collectible cars in Central Colorado. At Sapphire Construction in Castle Rock, our team has designed and built extraordinary custom garages and auto shops to work on and store collectibles.

Family Car Shows in June 2024

Take in some beautiful scenery. Drive your best-dressed auto down to Pagosa Springs this weekend for the 15th Annual Car Show. Make it a family event and help youngsters appreciate the shows. Ask what kinds of cars they would like to see. Are the older children interested in restoring or riding in a muscle car, Model T, or snazzy pickup?

On the morning of June 8, 2024, the Cars and Rockies will be held at Coors Field simultaneous with the Veterans Car/ Truck and Motorcycle gathering.

Spectacular Automobiles

Let’s take the 41st Annual Colorado Concours D Elegance and Exotic Sports Cars Show coming up Sunday, June 9, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Arapahoe Community College. We’ll find pre-World War II vehicles there along with decades of “prestigious and prized collector cars”. The collection includes over 300 of the “most spectacular automobiles ever built.” Metal auto shops keep many of these collector cars in tip-top shape.

More shows include the grand opening of Truck Ranch 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM in Frederick, Colorado and a meeting of Rock and Rods Cars and Coffee June 9th, 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in Grand Junction. So, car enthusiasts do get around!

Friends Meet a Car Shows

Speaking of garages and auto shops, you’ll meet all kinds of people at car shows and car clubs. The Denver Car Club and the Rocky Mountain Car Club come to mind. Get yourself a new garage and hot rod and turn up at the Hot Rod Rock and Rumble. Or go for a pre-1972 auto to join in the fun events held in Fountain, Colorado.

People with similar interests can give ideas for their own custom auto shop or space to keep or fix up a little hot rod. For example, a custom auto shop can provide your friends with a place to hang out in your working garage. holds events and meetings in fun places where you meet friends from all over Denver and Boulder and up to Vail and Aspen. The Wheels and Wings Festival in Vail and the Vail automotive classic showcase classic and exotic luxury cars. In Loveland at the Telluride Festival of Cars and Colors, you’ll experience a big hot rod gathering.

Mile High Showdown Car Show ‘24

We might all be experts by August. On Sunday August 4, 2024, the Mile High Showdown Car Show ‘24 happens at the National Western Complex in Denver. As part of the 2024 original Low Rider Tour and the WEGO Midwest Tour, it promises to be the biggest car show this year.
